Whoever is in business has a need to always better manage their people. Not everyone has the financial means to pay one human resources individual.
We try to fill this need. Which tasks are becoming a burden to you?
If you have someone that actually does this function among other tasks (normally the general secretary, the administration manager, etc.) we coach this person to better perform the HR function at the present workload, and prepare her/him for the future upcoming other aspects of getting the best out of the human asset in business.
If you have just started, and you have a one-or-two persons’ operation, still with the need to interview other people, make their contract, declare them online, train them, and sometimes fire them. We are here to fill in for your missing skills, we can coach you, on the business, facing and solving the problems as they come, one by one, but building you, the owner with the capability to run your business and raise someone from your people to take over the tasks of managing the people without losing the grip on the business.
We fill this need. How?
We may work with someone from your business one to one, on the whole spectrum of the human resources management. Nine modules, personalized to the talents of the person we coach and to the needs of the business as per growth strategy of the business. (If you don’t have a strategy, we assist you build one)
We can have one of your current staff join a team of HR professionals who take the course of six HR modules, one module per month, based on your business needs’ assessment and participant talent levels.
