Kjo është një bisedë që u bë menjëherë pas krijimit të qeverisë Rama 2 dhe kishte ndryshime në përbërjen dhe strukturën e qeverisë, për shembull, Ministria e Punës u zhduk dhe funksionet e saj u cuan ne një tjetër mega-ministri. Ne diskutojmë me gazetaren në këtë intervistë që qeveritë vijnë dhe shkojnë, por institucioni familjar mbetet dhe mbizotëron në edukimin e fëmijëve edhe për qëndrimin ndaj punës. Theksoj se ne, si prindër duhet të mbështesim fëmijtë tanë duke i inkurajuar ata që të krijojnë dhe mbajnë ato aftësi jetësore që lidhen me suksesin në tregun e punës dhe veçanërisht theksoj, për nxitjen e frymës së tyre sipërmarrëse.
60% e PBB-së tonë vjen nga biznese të vogla, të bazuara në familje, me 1-4 punonjës, kështu që mund të bëhet dhe ka shume histori suksesi. Ne si prindër shqiptarë, duke dalë nga një sistem komunist i eger 50 vjeçar dhe një periudhe tranzicioni 30 vjeçar po kaq e eger, ne duam dhe zgjedhim për fëmijët tanë atë që ne mendojmë se është “e qetë” për ta.
Ne i mbajmë ata pranë nesh dhe shpesh jemi si një “prind helikopter” që kujdeset për ata kur janë të vegjël që të mos bien, të mos lëndohen. Dhe kjo është e drejtë në atë që bëjmë, prandaj Perëndia na ka bekuar që të jemi prinder. Por jo për pikat që kjo gjeneratë e re e prindërve po shkon, në pikat që duhet të “ruhen” fëmijët dhe të drejtohen në punët më të sigurta, më të lehta dhe shpesh me fitim të menjëhershëm (punë shtetërore këto vite – dogana, departamente shtetërore etj.) dhe rrjedhimisht drejt shkollave që shpesh nuk përputhen me talentet e fëmijëve apo edhe financat e familjes.
Një sugjerim mbetet inkurajimi i frymës sipërmarrëse, sepse vetëm kështu mund të thuhet, “Unë kam lirinë që të mos varem nga asnjë qeveri, me ose pa Ministrinë e Punës”. 🙂
It is a conversation that was made just after the Rama 2 government was created and there were changes in government composition and structure, for example, the Ministry of Labor disappeared and its functions attracted another mega-ministry. We discuss with the reporter in this interview that the governments come and go as they please, but the family institution remains and prevails in the education of the children even for the attitude towards work. I emphasize that we, as parents need to be supportive of our children by encouraging them to create and maintain those life skills that are related to the success in the labor market, and especially for the stimulation of their entrepreneurial spirit.
60% of our GDP comes from small businesses, family-based, with 1-4 employees, so it can be done, there are many success stories. We as Albanians parents, having emerged from a tight 50-year-old communist system and a tight 30-year-old transition period, want and choose for our children what we think is “smooth” for them.
We keep them close to us and we are often like a “helicopter parent” looking after them when they are small not to fall, will not be injured. And this is right what we do, that’s why God has blessed us to be a parent. But not to the points that this new generation of parents is going, to the points that should the children are “preserved” and directed to the jobs that are safer, lighter and often with immediate profit (state jobs these years-customs, state departments etc. .) and consequently towards schoolings that often do not match the talents of children or even the family finances.
One suggestion remains the encouragement of the entrepreneurial spirit, because only so one can say, “I have the freedom not to be dependent on any government, with or without the Ministry of labor.” 🙂
