This Mid-Year Kapele, following the one in London in May 2024, once again focused on the theme of Upskill & Reskill and AI as a tool for optimizing the portfolio of a freelancer, start-up, small, medium, or large business.

The case of E. B. provided an alternative for how to grow and develop skills, and success for clients – friends of the EMI-CC Club. There were also discussions on findings from two surveys conducted before the Pre-Kapele.
