Why Elida Motro as a Speaker?
Because a great event should not end when the speech ends. It should leave people with a new way of thinking.
Elida Motro brings to the stage the philosophy of “The House on Earth” and her principles for building a life with greater productivity, balance, and fulfillment. With extensive experience in coaching, business, and human development—supported by her academic background and scientific research—Elida transforms ideas into clear, practical, and actionable perspectives.
A talk with Elida is not simply something to listen to. It is something to reflect on—and put into practice.
Why Elida as a Moderator for a Staff Retreat?
Because a Staff Retreat should be more than simply a day away from the office. It should be an opportunity to pause, reflect, and rethink the way the team works together.
Elida brings to the retreat the philosophy of “The House on Earth,” principles of productivity and fulfillment, and her experience in coaching, leadership, and team development—supported by her academic background.
As a moderator, she creates the space and structure for the team to speak openly, listen to one another, reflect, and leave with greater clarity and concrete commitments.
Not just a retreat. An experience that moves the team forward.
