Everyone Wants to Be Successful, But Why Is It That Not Everyone Succeeds?
If you are reading these words, chances are you are someone who wants to grow professionally and excel in the career you have chosen. If that is true, this ambition has probably encouraged you to set goals and objectives for yourself and your career.
The question is: how successfully have you actually achieved them?
Neuroscience highlights the importance of writing down our goals if we truly want to turn them into reality.
But if we have not done that successfully until now, how do we change?
How can we become part of the “elite” in our workplace and in the environment in which we live and work?
Would you genuinely like to understand this formula for success?
What if, instead of simply participating in the labor market, you could clearly articulate your goals and turn the results you want into something concrete, measurable, and achievable?
Would you have the courage to challenge and overcome negative beliefs about yourself or the situation you are currently facing?
If your answer is yes to even one of these questions, there is something you can do right now to move one step closer to the vision you have for yourself.

I am pleased to recommend Elida Motro-Iljazi based on the time that we spent at Partneri Shqiptare ne Mikrokredi (a USAID supported micro-lending firm). I have come to know Elida from my position as Board Chairman while she was an independent co-director on the Board of the PShM where she brought a wealth of Human Resources experience. Later, she was recruited to join the management of the company (and subsequently left her Board role), helping lead PShM to levels of efficiency and profitability that the company has not seen since. Her example helped make PShM successful during my years as Chairman as she fostered both positive relationships within the staff and close relationships with the client. Elida has since moved back into the Entrepreneurship world, running her own company, and I am happy to recommend her and hope that our professional paths cross again in future.

I highly recommend Elida, both as a coach and a trainer as I had the privilege to meet Elida in one of the trainings carried out with regard to Performance in Human Resources Management and guess what? She started with a strong motivational speech. I can’t forget her saying: “All of you here are more than valuable for the HR positions you are holding in your workplaces. That made me love more of what I was doing. Furthermore, Elida and I worked together on Program of Training for the Work Market where I got in contact with various ways of approaching to the right industry I fit in, recognizing better my own values as well as knowing my mission and how to contribute more and better in what I do. Elida is creative, energetic; solution oriented and highly motivated, with great communication skills. She is a person I turn on to for advice and she is always so beneficial to me. Her skills and her experience are very impressive and yes, she will make a difference for you and your business.
