Professional Journey
A Journey of Building, Resilience, and Growth Over the Years
Elida began her entrepreneurial journey with her first business, Parnas Travel and Tour. This period marked her first direct experience with the market, clients, service delivery, and the responsibility of building an organization from the ground up.
It was during this stage that she developed the practical foundations of her business approach: building strong relationships, earning trust, creating structure, and developing the resilience to keep moving forward even as circumstances changed.
In the 2000s, Elida moved into the leadership of a development foundation, expanding her experience beyond traditional business.
This period deepened her connection with human development, communities, impact-driven projects, and capacity building. She learned to work with a long-term vision, within institutional structures, and with people who needed not only solutions, but also direction and guidance.
During the 2010s, Elida served as a board member and held a senior leadership role in Human Resources within the financial sector.
This stage gave her a deeper understanding of leadership, decision-making, organizational structure, workplace culture, and accountability within fast-paced institutions operating under significant demands.
Her experience in the financial sector allowed her to see firsthand how stability is built, how pressure is managed, and how people remain the most important element in any organization.
During the same decade, Elida built her second business: EMI-CC.
EMI-CC became a space where her experience in business, development, leadership, and people came together within a more structured and purposeful model of work. This was the stage in which her philosophy began to take fuller shape: building the individual, the family, the career, and the business on strong foundations.
In 2016, Elida opened a new chapter by expanding into Sweden and building connections with businesses across both Western and Eastern European markets.
This experience exposed her to different workplace cultures, management approaches, and economic environments. It further strengthened her ability to work effectively with people and organizations across diverse cultural contexts.
In the 2020s, EMI-CC programs moved online, making Elida’s work more accessible and extending its reach to a broader audience.
This transition was more than a technical shift. It transformed the way support is delivered, communication takes place, and meaningful relationships are built at a distance. The online programs enabled more people to take part in processes focused on clarity, development, and personal and professional growth.
In 2022, Elida’s work expanded more visibly beyond Albania, reaching the United Kingdom, Germany, and Greece.
This stage marked an important step in EMI-CC’s international development, connecting the organization with Albanian communities abroad as well as broader international markets.
The year 2024 marked a period of growth and flourishing for the company.
After years of building, experimenting, expanding, and adapting, EMI-CC’s work began to take on a more mature and sustainable form. The company entered a new phase in which its results, structure, and impact became increasingly visible.
In 2025, the focus shifted to acceleration.
This meant more structured growth, clearer processes, more intentional expansion, and a faster pace of development. With the foundations firmly in place, it was time to move faster—without compromising stability or sustainability.
In 2026, Elida enters the phase of establishment—a period of consolidation, positioning, and long-term stability.
At this stage, the work is no longer viewed as something still taking shape, but as a well-established structure with a clear identity, philosophy, and direction.
At its core, this journey reflects Elida’s philosophy: a house built on solid ground, founded on rock—strong enough to stand firm.
